Turning
We either turn toward something or turn away. Turning is a conscience decision to go a certain direction. The Lord whispers, urges, moves in our lives with the desire that we turn to Him. This choice changes everything.
With the turning comes the seeing. The act of turning to God causes the veil of blindness to drop. We then see clearly. The veil, the blurriness, the confusion fades away and is replaced with the beauty of our Savior. We see things as we should. We see the Spirit of the Lord …. oh what a gift!
And wherever He is, there we will find freedom! Do we not feel free? What are we turning to? What are we turning away from? For if we turn to the Lord, His Spirit will be in us and therein lies our true freedom!
