We often settle for poor counterfeits of what God intended us to have. We live in our own power and strength, we go after our temporary desires and pursuits, we become satisfied with less and don’t even see what we’re missing.
We need God to do a new thing in our lives. To see things from His perspective and not our earthly perspective.
“See I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.” – Isaiah 43:19
May the Lord awaken new life in us today. May we realize all of the greatness He has for us. As we live in this desert and wasteland, called earth, may we walk His path toward Him and watch as His majesty is revealed. Only then, will we be satisfied and overwhelmed by His goodness!
